I liked all the options when designing our website but we’ve had issues with our RSVP system. When I asked the live chat for help I just got a response saying “according to your filters it should be working” which I already knew and wasn’t very helpful

Joy when it works is excellent. Unfortunately, I have found glitches when building my wedding website on more than one occasion. Once I had reported the glitches, the Joy technical support team provided swift support which was great.

I'm honestly blown away by the customizability of this site. You have so many options to make this site your own, and everything is very easy to navigate. I cannot express how fun it's been to design my website using this builder. Not to mention, if you do have a question, the customer service reps sound like actual people. They are delightful and just add to the experience. I couldn't recommend Joy more!
