I had a great experience working with Wix Pay Pro. Brian was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of integrating Clover with my Wix website. Whenever I had questions or ran into issues with receiving payments, Brian took the time to troubleshoot the problems, identify the cause, and get everything working properly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved without adding unnecessary costs.

I recently worked directly with Brian Lee from Wix Pay Pro, and I can confidently say he solved a problem that neither Wix nor Clover was able to help me with. I use Clover for in store payment processing and built my website on the Wix website platform. However, because Wix does not support payment processing for smoke shops, I needed to use my own processor. Where I ran into an issue is that Clover does not officially integrate with Wix, nor does it offer a Wix app or supported alternative payment setup. Before finding Wix Pay Pro, I spent a lot of time going back and forth with Clover support. I spoke with multiple agents who initially told me Clover would connect to Wix “no problem.” Later, after several calls and escalations, I was told there was no real solution. One agent even attempted to walk me through an API key setup, which ultimately did not work. To make matters worse, Clover support didn’t seem fully aware that Wix wasn’t compatible in the first place. After tirelessly researching on my own and with the help of ChatGPT/Gemini and also reading about them on a Reddit thread, I thankfully found Wix Pay Pro online. Brian was able to integrate my Clover payment portal directly with my Wix website in a very short turnaround time. The result is exactly what I needed: customers check out on my Wix site, payments flow straight into my Clover POS, and everything works smoothly. This solution allowed me to avoid setting up a second payment processor just for online sales, which would have been unnecessarily expensive and overcomplicated. I wanted one processor for both in-store and online transactions and Brian made that possible. While Clover does offer its own website builder, it simply doesn’t compare to Wix in terms of flexibility or features, which is why this integration was so important for my business. In my opinion, Clover’s support team should be more aware of solutions like Wix Pay Pro and recommend them to business owners facing this issue as I’m certain it would save a lot of time and frustration for others who may be experiencing the stress I went through to ensure my website and online checkout process was seamless for my customers. If you’re a business owner or developer struggling to connect Clover + Wix, especially in industries Wix doesn’t natively support, I highly recommend working with Brian at Wix Pay Pro. He delivered where others couldn’t.
