Wizard PinsReviews of wizardpins.com

I ordered sticker sheets and enamel pins with magnetic backs. Sheets turned out great. Pins were beautiful, but there was an issue with the plating. Wizard turned around another beautiful and better replacement batch quickly! Looking forward to ordering more from Wizard in the future!

Short story--I needed some custom pins really fast and they got them made and shipped to me in about a week! Longer story--my company took over a hybrid tour/escape room experience. Customers are given custom pins at the end of the tour and we had a transition issue and ran out of pins. After submitting my order online, Wizard Pins emailed me directly very soon after to verify my design, which wasn't quite right because it turns out I didn't have the correct file. I let them know about the previous owner's orders and they very quickly found the correct design and got things going. They quoted me 3 weeks to produce, plus time to ship. I let them know about our situation and within a week the pins were at my door! So glad we only had one week without these, instead of almost a month. Fast and personal service--very refreshing. Highly recommend Wizard Pins!

Superb!! A lot of back-and-forth, but it was well worth it to get them to look the way they do! The pins that I ordered on cards looks absolutely amazing! Thank you wizard pins!!

First and most important, the pins came out sooo cute. And the service was great and so easy. And the order came in so timely. Great all around experience.

I was in a hurry to get pins for a work event, and Wizard Pins customer service made sure I could get what I needed on time. They worked with me to make revisions and get my design approved for rush shipping. They took care of everything in a short period of time and did it through personal emails with a real person! Thanks, Steve!

Great customer service, speedy delivery!

I ordered pins for a work event quite close to the time I wanted them, because I was having trouble getting my art finalized, but once I did place my order the team was so quick to respond. They sent over the proofs, the confirmation, and the tracking information as soon as they had it. Got them just in time! Thanks, Steve and team! (I just wish I had ordered them a bit bigger, but that's on me!) I'll definitely be using Wizard Pins again in the future.

Sold my contact info to Scam callers. Do not use wizard pins. They are the only ones who could have possibly sold this info because the name it was attached to on this order wasn't used anywhere else, I ordered something for a client and now I get scam calls thinking I am that client. Do not use wizard pins.
