Worst online shopping experience in my life
This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. In August,I bought three watch bands. There was a deal where you could buy two bands and get one free, so although I only wanted one band, I decided to take advantage of the deal and go three bands. The total order came to over $100. First, the order took almost a full month to be received. That said, I was able to see via tracking that my package was making slow progress in getting to me. Finally, my order was delivered. The package clearly had been damaged during transport, and I did not even need to rip open the package to extract the contents - but there was only one band inside instead of the three I had ordered. I immediately reached out via email to customer service and told them what happened. They requested a video of my "unboxing" - as I am not an influencer I did not have a video of my unboxing, but I did grab the packing out of the trash and send them a video. They denied my request for either replacement or refund of the missing items and implied that I was lying to them. At this point, I am out $100 and I have one watchband - which I ordered over a month ago. I am obviously contacting my credit card company for a full refund from this scam company. BUYER BEWARE. I guess I am ordering from Amazon next time...

Hi Betsy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points. We certainly do not expect our customers to be influencers or to routinely record themselves opening their packages. When we asked about video documentation, we simply wanted to know whether any footage happened to be available, including footage from a home security camera that may have captured the delivery or opening of the package. We also want to reassure you that we never stated or intended to imply that you were being dishonest. Our records provide documentation that the complete order was packed and dispatched from our side, so when items are reported missing, we naturally need to request any available documentation from the customer as well. This helps us understand what may have occurred during transit and work toward an appropriate resolution. One detail we are still trying to clarify is that your initial email reported two missing bands but did not mention that the package arrived open or damaged. This information is particularly important when investigating whether items could have been lost during transit, which is why we asked for clarification after it was mentioned later. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and remain happy to review any additional information or documentation you may have. Our goal is always to handle these situations fairly and carefully for everyone involved.
