So happy I found WNN! This is truly a community, and I have made real friendships with other real estate investors in WNN that are also trying to make better lives for themselves. They are doing so many things right for helping people with zero experience become actual real estate investors. Six deep dive learning sessions a week, in person meet ups to network with other members, special events for more in depth learning and training, trusted network of team members on the ground in the market that we invest in, experienced advisors and mentors that started out exactly where I am starting out. Real people who care and motivate and treat you like family. WNN really wants to help and see you succeed and I can honestly say that this process works as I have recently closed on my first rental property that cash flows. If it wasn't for what I learned from WNN and even its members, this would have been so much harder. Just remember you only get out of it what you put into it. It definitely takes effort and commitment. Its not always easy. You will have tough moments as well, but that's where you will fully see the value of being part of WNN, because they will step up to help and support you, and be the confidence you might need to get you through it. It is an investment though, but it is an investment in my future and a way to make a better life for myself and my family. Amazing community, amazing people!

I joined WNN with minimal knowledge about investing. My world is in medical, I am an RN by profession, I have a rental property but wanted to learn the world of investing on my own, on what and how the steps are. WNN provides a map for my journey and a mentor guide me throughout the 6months mentorship. It was fun, full of excitement specially when I had my first contract. And then the roller coaster of emotion as they said, feeling up then mostly down after contract after contract that was cancelled. I am getting frustrated, having second thoughts if I will be able to do this, did I just wasted my time and money? Three months on the journey we finally found the property that we were able to work with, thought it will be smooth already, but it was not. Seller is somewhat tough to renegotiate, even threaten to cancel the contract because he needed to fix the things that was agreed on the contract but did not expect the huge amount of repair. Took them more than 3weeks to fix it, finally closing time. Then a storm cause damage to the property on the night before the closing date. We need to asked the listing agent for the seller’s insurance since technically the property is not ours yet. Good things seller’s insurance agreed to fix it. My experience in acquiring property with WNN community thought me a huge lesson. You can not put emotions when looking for deals, but what I learned most is in every obstacle that came my way to reach my goal is I have an option to quit or move forward. I have grow when it comes to handling emotions and obstacles, just like when we learned that after signing the papers on that night the property was damage from the storm, so what now? I was devastated yes but I did not cry like before, instead I said “this shall pass, it is what it is, I need to move forward”. I was on doubt that I can make it specially on those times that my emotions was clouding my judgement, but having a great team like my mentor, my realtor even my property manager was a huge part of my success in opening my first door in MO and I did that within the four months with mentorship. The good thing with WNN is they have networks that we as members is allowed to use, they have community that support and shares their journey and knowledge. The experience even open up to a new investment for me because I became a private money lender. I may not be as fast as the other members who Close 2 or more in six months but its not a competition and I know my Why’s, why I joined the community and I know my priorities. Anyone can do investment even with out knowledge as long as you have support from a community like WNN.

I already owned Hawaii property and have Real Estate experience. I've been looking to expand into purchasing remote rental properties for some time now but there were many unknowns that made it difficult to narrow down my criteria, and I did not have confidence or trust in internet research that could be paid advertisements and reviews, disguised as user experiences or advice. I was weary of wasting money on this or any educational program or community, but the founder being from Hawaii, and seeing that we had a few mutual friends gave me the confidence to take the risk. Joining this group and gaining access to their network quickly changed everything for me. The staff really had the knowledge and experience that I needed, but the most important thing was they really want and push you to learn and succeed. I was able to quickly fill in the gaps and learn with their complete library of tools and resources. My Mentor Brandon, kept me going in the right direction and I gained priceless knowledge and confidence through our weekly meetings. There are multiple group meetings and deep dives weekly. You can participate live, or watch recordings later to learn from real situations and scenarios. You see the transactions as they unfold and have the experience of the entire community to support and cheer you on to success. I now realize the tremendous value of joining this community. I am positive it saved me thousands in mistakes I could have made doing it on my own. Straight up, save yourself the headache. Pay for the education, resources, network and support up front here, or pay more the hard way.

This company is legit. If you’d like to learn about real estate investing in the Midwest this is an excellent place to start. The community is super supportive, your mentors are very knowledgeable and experienced, and they have the boots on the ground to help you be successful. Their team has been vetted and proven.
