I am editing my previous post as the company did finally make contact with me. As the order that was sent to me was a gift from someone else, I did not know where it came from. I received an Eagles Coffee mug from the concert I attended in Vegas. The mug is great. Good quality and I use it daily. An awesome reminder of the concert and experience.

The T-shirt I ordered is perfect. My only concern is that the charge showed up on my Credit Card statement as recurring charge. I'm not sure why and I hope I am not charged in the future for something I didn't order

this time you were ok, but only because i ordered a digital FC membership, so there wasn't really room for error and/or mistreatment and such, but the reminder to write my review is what made me choose 1 star. the reason i didn't write a review in the first place was that i didn't want you to think, based on this single review, that i think your service is good in general, because it's not even close, it's terrible, the exact opposite of your company name, so on top of everything you also remind me to write a review? seriously?! well then, you got one.
