Perfect experience!
Everything worked out perfectly. Well organized and absolutely not pushy. You can truly enjoy your experience. Kinda wish there'd be an easier way to contact costumer support though.

Pussy is God
It was amazing meeting King Princess. I only wish I had more than one minute to meet her! Maybe like 2 min considering there wasn’t that many people in the meet and greet. Oh well, it was still awesome. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

poor quality product
Packing with broken corners and the product is of poor quality.

Made my BSB dreams come true!
My Backstreet Boys Meet & Greet VIP experience in Hawaii was amazing! The event reminder had the correct venue meet up time and location, but the limited edition gift mentioned in the email was wrong. I appreciate the follow-up communication sent to clarify what the gift was. That's great customer service.
