Fees are a little excessive for m&g plus you add the fee in the total instead of breaking it out to see what your actually charging. Also not sure if you run the Daughtry official website but its missing information, never updated, etc...

missing the guitar pick. Wrote them about it but have not heard a peep

Since I've done so many meet and greets, I know how the whole process works and I don't get upset with things that may be out of your control. I think y'all do the best you can. When it comes to the Backstreet Boys, you're dealing with thousands of crazy women who think it should go their way and nothing should ever go wrong. You guys do the best you can! I'm satisfied.

I never had a response from my email sent to them

The meet and greets’ always seem a bit of a cluster. There was no one person I charge to advise us where or when, just doormen checking to see if you bought the VIP. We missed the Pre show meet and greet but luckily the one older band employee told me and about 7 others that the artist will meet us on the bus after he showered. And if it was Sebastian Bach, and he band that were real nice. Need more organization at the venue and prior notification on when to show up.
