This was a gift and they loved it

Product looks great but website is slow

I thought the personalized denim jacket was super cute. Would have liked to see a picture of what I was ordering with the name and patches before I placed the order.

Order form is just a little confusing re the « elements ». Maybe put the question choose your elements? I hope i have not ordered extra by making a choice

Easy to Choose Personalization

I searched through so many websites for a puzzle with more than 9 letters because my baby niece has 10 letters in her name. I was able to get her full name spelled, choose the perfect colors, and add two sweet pictures. The engraving on the back was a nice touch as well. My sister in law crowned me Aunty of the year and said it was the best gift! Extremely satisfied!

Ordered a denim jacket as a gift. Tracking shows it has delivered in America, I am based in the UK!! They are now not answering my emails. SCAMMERS

Well organized website and easy to order
