Customer service…
When customer service finally got back to me (about 8 hours) the experience was pretty good. Dee was great to work with. Although I haven't received my replacement yet I feel that my problem will be resolved

Great quality watch. I think the description of photo was a bit off because I thought it would be black instead of purple. Other than that, great!

Upon receiving the watch I was impressed with the build quality. I really like the look and how little the watch weighs. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is the lack of correspondence in a timely manner. I was also turned off by the bot responses to my inquiries.
