WoofzLet’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Hi Maureen! Thank you so much; this really made our day. 💛 We’re so glad the lessons cover what you need and show you other ways to work with your pup too.

I signed up for a one week trial. I was billed for that in addition to three other subscriptions that I did not sign up for at all. twice incorrectly, after reaching out and Woofz agreeing to reverse the second charge, it has still not been reversed. I have subsequently been billed for premium membership, a dog nutrition guide, a chat anssistant and an emotional support guide- all of which I did not sign up for or authorise. Do not use this company, this is criminal.

The tips I received from Woofz really helped me get my puppy off to a good start! She’s a stubborn little thing, but we’re getting there! I don’t think I could’ve gotten this farwithout their guidance!

The instructions for each part of the training so far has been clear and concise and super easy to follow. It has also been a lot of fun. I am so pleased that we are doing this training as I have tried many others and they are nit fun, cloudy instructions and all together expensive. This is perfect for any dog I have two Staffies 7 & 11 yrs old and it is working a treat!!

BE VERY CAREFUL! I signed up for a 4-week plan advertised at £12. The £12 was taken, then I was charged three more separate payments on top straight awI emailed immediately to cancel and request a refund, but only received an automated email saying it was cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged again. I’ve emailed twice more with proof from my bank statement and still had no response or refund. Absolutely appalling customer service. I’m now looking at other ways to get my money back. Do not use this service… check your bank account carefully!

Hello there, we’re really sorry about the extra charges and that we didn't respond to your emails, especially after you sent proof from your bank. That’s not okay, and we’d like to look into it personally. 💛 Please email [email protected] with the address you signed up with, and our team will check your account.
