So far it’s been easy to use and my puppy has taken to it well. It is early days though but outlook is bright!

I was experiencing some difficulties with registration and I contacted customer support. They were very professional and genuinely concerned. They solved my problem quickly and politely. Their performance regarding my problem was very impressive.

I purchased this app only to find out I can in NO way log in. When I Googled this company, I found out that I am not the first person to have this issue. I have e-mailed the company multiple time using the website Contact Us link as well as a direct e-mail to no avail. I am being charged for an app that I cannot use and cannot get in touch with the company for a refund. I feel that - like many people that have left reviews online - that I have been scammed. I now have to contact my bank to block this company from accessing my account since I currently paid for a product that I cannot use.

Be very careful! You sign up for a subscription without realizing it and it is very difficult to get information about your account. Go somewhere else for pet training!
