The app itself is okay, quite basic but good if you start early. The real issue to flag is the unclear cost & unexpected charges. After the initial discounted period, the MONTHLY charge was £78 with no warning. I am incredibly disappointed with this and am absolutely certain this was not made clear to me when I signed up. I would not recommend this.

After paying once I couldn't log in then had to pay again and still couldn't log in. I can't get access to any training but still am left with a subscription. I had to pay twice and I told PayPal about it but they would not refund me. I've been in touch with the company by email but had no reply. There is no customer service and I can't find a phone number to cancel my subscription. Avoid this company at all costs as it is a scam

This has been so helpful for my border collie mix Shelby that is 8. We have trained with her since she was a puppy but some of these training lessons have been so good to review and work on with her. Very good training program!
