WoofzLet’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

The app is decent, I like the videos and text based training suggestions. They aren’t as good as an actual dog trainer. The information they give could be found easily in a library book, but it’s convenient in app form. Where it falls apart is the subscription. I paid a little over $15 and thought it was a one-time charge. I never saw any mention of a recurring subscription fee. After one month my credit card was charged $38.95. I immediately contacted Woofz through the app and got only an automated email about how to cancel my subscription. I tried to contact them twice more to get a refund of the $38.95, but haven’t heard from them. I had to go through my credit card company to have the charge reversed.

Hi Nancy! We're sorry to hear that the subscription renewal was unexpected for you. Please note that we always provide a clear warning about the subscription renewal on the purchase screen (be it a Premium or a free trial). Our support team has sent all the details, and also noticed you about the refund in your favor. Thank you for your patience!

The instructions were very easy and clear. I had fun training my new puppy. For someone who is new to puppy ownership it gave clear instructions on how to prepare their home for puppy safety.

My husband never has trained dogs, whereas I have. Woofz uses the same method I do. The app has become very helpful for both my husband and I to be on the same page when it comes to training our 2 new pups. I love the fact that you can track each one individually and my husband can pick up where I left off. He said the instructions and videos have helped him greatly.

Hello Colleen, That's fantastic to hear! We're so glad Woofz is helping both you and your husband get on the same page with training your pups. It's great that the individual tracking feature is working for you, and it's awesome that the instructions and videos are making the process easier for everyone. Keep up the great work with your pups! 🐾😊

I signed up for a 3-day trial. I cancelled the subscription the next day when I realized they wanted 7.99 a week. They charged my card 3 times. I sent an email again to cancel and received verification that my account had been cancelled. However, I also got an email thanking me for my new order that same day. I canceled this ad and requested a refund. I got another email that the account was cancelled, and yet another one thanking me for my new order. There is no way to get this company to stop charging your card. I've had to cancel the card I used because of this one company and their never-ending 7.99/week charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Hello Tammie! Kindly note that once you start a Premium or a Free trial subscription with us, it will auto-renew until you cancel. We provide a clear warning about this on the purchase screen. According to your request, you've purchased our product through the Google Play service. Note that only you personally can manage your own subscriptions. We don't have access to your Google Play accounts and thus cannot make any changes remotely. All necessary instructions regarding cancellation and refund requests were sent to you. Please check your email inbox. Feel free to contact us again for more detailed explanations if needed.

It was not clear that it was a subscription, it rather came across as a one-time purchase. Further, I did not receive any receipt for either the initial purchase nor the renewal of the subscription. I contacted the support for over a week ago and have not received anything else than an automatic reply that did not address my questions. It said that if I had any further question, I should reply to the message which I did immediately without success. So apart from being unclear about what type of product you are purchasing/signing up for, their customer support does not really impress.
