I would like to inform you that I have not yet received my shipment Since 4/5/2018 and no one has contacted me.

Please bear in mind that all orders are dispatched from our warehouses by maximum 1 day later after orders and our logistics team are working hard to reduce the delivery period, but sometimes delays might happen by customs, logistics and your local post office which we have no control over and especially in some countries. Please understand that delivery time is depending on the speed of your local courier. You can track your parcel via the tracking number provided to you and you can contact your local post to get an estimated time for delivery. Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I purchased two jars of Lida cream one arrived with damaged container and grl not as supposed to be. They refused to refund me pr send instead( don't believe when they mention we will refund or teplace for any item not as described.my first and last time to purchase from their website.
