otra web para recolectar informacion personal
hay empresas que para postularte a un puesto tienes que crear una cuenta en esta web, por cada empresa por cada puesto tienes que crear una cuenta nueva lo que es totalmente absurdo.

How is this company still in business, and why are employers still using them. Why do I have to create one login for EVERY SINGLE JOB I apply to through this website. It's awful at parsing and understanding my resume. I have to make the same set of edits every time, including incorrect dates, which is unacceptable. It's such trash yet so ubiquitous. I'm not even sure I want to work for companies that use such inefficient, user unfriendly technology.

Workday is an absolute dumpster fire of a program, PC and mobile. It's slow, has terrible search modifiers, and only made our job slower and more tedious. I'm actually amazed how a program can have BOTH extraneous AND lack of capability. I'm actually considering tendering my resignation and avoiding any company that uses workday.

Tooo many times login, create account, type password. Awful experience. Easier to skip vacancies on this website

The financial entry interface has a different format for EVERY different class of expenditure. WHY make things more complicated? Purchasing takes at least 3 - 10 times longer than PAPER records + telephone, and does not yield cohesive or updated reports later. I enter loads of data (instead of a clerk doing the data entry, sheesh!) and cannot get proper reports out--and need to keep a few different shadow tracking systems AND save all original documents--since apparently one cannot pull up historical records after (???) what seems to be 6 months. Just today I pulled a procurement record out of my EMAIL and saved documents sytem from 2008. I cannot even get a list of invoices for one vendor over the course of the last 1.5 years out of workday.

Is a pice of sh¡t. I can't understand why companies still force candidates to use this awful sh¡t that never works properly. Sadly it only serves to demonstrate the degree of disconnection and difference that employers have with the candidates
