Sho is a person who offers valuable concrete insight and advice and is a marvelous person to explore solutions with on a deeper level. I personally came knocking on his door for insight into how I can be successful in a future L&D career. He took my pondering of how I could achieve better outcomes and transformed it into solutions that would assist me at the moment and on a long-term scale. The guidance he imparted to me was not ambiguous but impactful and tangible, with a practical goal I could reach. He also advised the specific types of opportunities I should look for to gain experience and become confident in what I lack. Sho is not just a career coach to me, but also someone who I can comfortably name as a peer/ friend. I have received several private sessions with Sho when I was most frustrated and discouraged due to my job a couple of years back. His advice helped me to realize the strengths that I should uphold, and accept the changes that I shall make to help myself, which eventually it was a relief to me. I then also enrolled to his career modules group about a year later to refresh all my learnings and utilized that as an opportunity to identify my passions and what matters to me the most for life and work.
