Order not received and is late
Response from Work Van Equipment· Nov 30, 2021
We always appreciate and learn from the feedback we receive from our customers. We noticed your order was placed and shipped within 3 business days. We provided tracking information on Nov 16, 2021 and see the ETA is set for December 1, 2021 as shown on the carriers website. We also noted you emailed us today to ask for an update on your order and a reply was sent within minutes. Holiday seasons can cause delays; its something we have no control over. Still, we apologize you feel this way and thank you for your time in sharing your experience.

I placed an order on-line for a ladder rack. A few hours later I realized I ordered the wrong size so I sent them an email explaining what happened. The next morning I get a call from them saying no problem we got your email and will make the change. I received my rack eight days later and it fits great. Thanks Tim
