Speak to a knowledgeable Rugby player at Rugby World Shop!!
**AI could NEVER take Jess’s job!** Shopping online for something as specialized as rugby gear, especially rugby cleats, is incredibly difficult unless you’re simply reordering something you already know, love, and have played in for years. That’s exactly why having someone like Jess to help you is absolutely invaluable! Jess was so incredibly patient with me that I genuinely felt like I was standing in a rugby shop talking with her in person. Her knowledge is remarkable! Because she is a rugby player herself, she doesn’t just know the products but she understands the game. She understands the intricacies of different positions and why the cut, construction, weight, fit, sizing, and design of a cleat can make such a difference for an individual player. Her advice was spectacular, particularly for a parent like me trying to make the right choice for her son that is going off to play in college! There are some things technology simply cannot replace, and Jess is a perfect example. Her firsthand experience, patience, product knowledge, and ability to listen to a player’s individual needs made an online shopping experience feel completely personal! **This is what exceptional customer service looks like and exactly why knowledgeable people like Jess are so important to the rugby community I will only be shopping at Rugby World Shop in the future! .**
