No email responses and the customer service number is a dead line . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered two toys for my dog on November 30th. There has been nothing since. They generate a shipping number for the package that says the USPS is awaiting the item, but never shipped. It has been almost three weeks and nothing. If you email the customer service email they provide, nobody ever responds. If you call the customer service number they provide, it has a busy signal every time...it has NEVER rang once.

Scammers My order never arrived and despite numerous emails they have not replied.

No contact after emailing about toy being destroyed in less than 16 hours. Enclosed photos to them, no response.

My dog destroyed the toy in 30 minutes. Asked for a replacement they said to pay $7.99 for postage. I did that and have received nothing. This company is a sham

Place is a scam. Thankfully I bought some stuff that was on sale. No replies from customer service to my emails. Been over two weeks since purchased. Wish I had read reviews first.

Firstly, no confirmation email of sale. I had to raise this with PayPal as 4 weeks passed by with no email and no sign of delivery. Finally the delivery arrives. Thrown over the fence, yet again no email to say it’s been delivered. The toys didn’t last 5 minutes with my dog. Completely destroyed it. Now here’s the thing, no contact details to raise a claim for replacement. Avoid

Total rubbish even home bargains toys last longer. Risk to your pet!
