Our website experienced a major issue due to a plugin conflicting with an installed theme. WPTangerine tried several different ways to resolve the issue to avoid needing to reinstall the theme and potentially lose a large amount of content. Many ways did not solve the issue and overall it took longer than we'd hoped to resolve, over a month, but that may be in part due to our subscription level. However, in the end, WPTangerine successfully resolved the issue and our website is now fully functional without a content loss. Thank you to Diana and the hard-working WPTangerine team!
