Bait and switch- mislead Unfortunately our order process was a comedy of errors. From a sales person misquoting us, to having our order sent over to China for production (which was not conveyed in the beginning). Our order ended up arriving a week after the "Guaranteed" delivery date which was very disappointing. The company did try to make it right with a similar product but it wasn't enough to make us shop there again. Wristband bros. seems a bit unorganized and hopefully this will improve with time.

I liked the appearance of the wristbands. However, I ordered the wrsitbands because they were advertised as being larger than the typical 8" bands. Unfortunately, there appears to be no difference in the size. We paid extra in order to get the larger size, perhaps the wrong size bands were accidentally imprinted. I also attempted to contact you via your chat and I tried to call you with no success. Please help me resolve this issue.

I appreciate the on time shipping. I have 100 wristbands not sellable because the rubber is defective and the wording Orange and Black We got your Back isn't bold can barely read it. Then you ship them without labeling which size is which ugh.

When I received my order it was not as pictured when Ordered them. They did respond to my email by saying I did not order the right thing and offered me discount. The picture I saw of my order showed the embossed wording stand out but it did not. I wasted $60.00
