Such great quality, I receive many complements whenever I wear this. It's beautiful, comfortable, and looks so expensive. I love it!

The strap tore while being put on under normal use, which is unacceptable after 6months . Customer service offered a 10% discount on a replacement, which does not adequately resolve the issue. I have purchased a better-quality straps for less money from a major online retailer. Overall, disappointing product quality and poor resolution.

Terrible product did not stay on watch and when I asked if it was a defect was told it’s a $1.00 band !

So I bought the 3 bands and at first look they felt cheap and I got mad I thought I could have bought them for $5 each not the priced I payed. Didn’t like the return policy and even gave them a bad review. A couple weeks later I was wrapping gifts and thought I would give them away as stocking stuffers . I took one out of the package and it felt Great. Hooked up my watch and realized I was dead wrong about this company. And will be buying some more. Thank you and sorry for my bad tempered review.
