the customer service is good. They say all the right things. however, The end product was so disappointing

request a power point project, gave detail description of requirement for assignment. I was not satisfied with draft they sent back, it had basic information and didn't the specific focus of the assignment. They added more basic slides with more irrelevant information instead of revising the existing slides. When I stated again, I was not satisfied and wanted a refund, they have refused to do so and now ignoring my messages. I could not use the power point they sent for my assignment, so I had to made my own last minute and I'm still had to pay for unused product!
