Hi Sandeep, Thank you for your feedback. Upon reviewing your case, we found that our support team responded to all your queries within our standard response time of 24 hours. Our support executive also provided clear and relevant information to assist you. However, we noticed that during the conversation, you mentioned leaving a negative review if you did not receive immediate responses. While we understand the importance of timely support, we kindly request patience as we strive to assist every user with the attention they deserve. It appears that the review was shared without fully exploring or using the tool. We encourage you to try the product first and, if you find areas of improvement, we genuinely welcome your constructive feedback. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re here to help. Warm regards, Team WTBotbuilder !!
