Excellent service
Excellent service, if you manage multiple WordPress sites xCloud is the perfect platform for you, when deploying your server you can choose between NGINX or OpenLiteSpeed, 1-click login, backups, database, file management, it has it all and best of all is that their prices are not crazy compared to other companies in the industry, migrating your sites is really easy recommended 100%.

Its all about the support experience
Most of the time...I think its all about the support experience. My experience was satisfying. Margarita was really fast and efficient. Overall the system still lucks some features, but hey...no one is perfect and for the free plan they have ( xCloud Free plan which includes 1 server and 10 website with Self Hosting) - definitely worth it! I had some technical issues, then some billing issues, they were all resolved in a timely manner.

I can't contact support
I can't contact support. It says it's only, I write, it shows someone read my message but no answer. Literally no support.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your experience. We completely understand your frustration. We want to assure you that we are here to help. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced in reaching our support team. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the communication process through our third-party chat system, CRISP. It’s important to note that the chats initiated through our system do not automatically include your email or name. Additionally, none of the chats contain specific issues, making it challenging for us to address your concerns without further information. This means that if the chat is closed or disconnected, we may not be able to retrieve the conversation or contact you directly. We also found that you have created a chat with our support email, [email protected]. Whereas, it should be your own email for communication. Also, there were no support tickets that were created by you. You can easily reach out for any critical issues to us by creating a support ticket from here: https://xcloud.host/support We also tried to find your xCloud account with your Trustpilot account’s name but we couldn’t find any team, chats, or tickets with this name. We’ve also sent you a request for your email via Trustpilot. With this basic information we can get back to you and we will try to solve your queries as early as possible by connecting with you. Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Impressive how they improved the platform and quick support
The platform is easy to use and is very mature despite being a new player. They release new features and improvements often and regular, because they listen to the feedback from their (happy) customer! I'm especially happy to see OpenLiteSpeed working like a charm. Also I have had an issue and was able together with the support to resolve it within a day. The slowest part in issue resolution was myself ;-) Congrats therefore also for the support team.
Response from xCloud· May 2, 2024
Hi Bernd B. Thank you for the glowing review! We're thrilled you find our platform user-friendly and packed with features. Our team values customer feedback and is always here to help. Keep enjoying OpenLiteSpeed! 🚀
