Kevin answered me very quickly on their chat service and helped to trouble shoot my install. It looked like maybe a faulty ballast and so they're sending me an entire new kit My kit was the 9007Hid kit

The product is junk. The light aren’t even bright enough to see the road. The glass broke before I even got the bulb in. The lock threads spin around the body of the bulb. I am not impressed. I payed a lot of money for them and I was pretty disappointed. I could have payed for brand new headlight bodies for my truck for the amount I payed for these overpriced bulbs

Hi Braxton, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about your unusual experience with our lights. It sounds a lot like you received a defective or damaged product because our bulbs should be nice and bright and the locking tabs should not be spinning around the body. Please get in touch with our support team and we'll get that replaced for you free of charge right away. Thank you!

They 100% stood behind their product and sent me a full replacement set no questions asked. By far the most pleasant warranty experience I have ever had and I will be a return customer because of this.
