Company advertises server packages to run palworld, only to turn around and tell you the servers are under spec for palworld. Let me be clear, I didn't default to the cheapest server. Second or third of the advertised palworld packages. Server stability is poor, I was told the software isn't well optimized and an upgrade was the solution. Upgraded, didn't improve stability. As a minor nitpick, the scheduling command function of the panel could really use a list of basic commands or some sort of documentation. While unhelpful in my case, support was relatively quick to respond.

Server wasn’t working properly; some friends couldn’t log in. Support took almost a week to fix. First guy got the wrong name in reply. No refund. Awesome!

I really like what you guys are doing here, but I find it rediculous that your 48 free trial starts at midnight the day of when you start it. I started my free trial around 3 pm EST on Wednesday and it was terminated at midnight of Friday morning. That's not 48 hours, so I lost my Valheim world because of that. If your making 48, make it 48 hours.

Tech response time sucked... could not even login to my server. if you are a first time user on these types of game servers this Xgamingserver is not for you...
