My glasses came in the wrong size and…
My glasses came in the wrong size and number. Then they never got shipped back to me.

We are sorry to hear about the issues with your order. We did not receive an updated copy of your prescription, but still fulfilled your order. Our records show your glasses were delivered in April, but we understand you reached out about never receiving them in August. Please be sure to upload your updated prescription for future orders.
