I use XSusenet to access the usenet. Because those accesses are infrequent, I have taken advantage of their free service. My accesses have been reliable and trouble free. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact them, I have found their customer service both prompt and helpful. You can't ask more than that. I'm glad I found XSusenet and am eager to recommend them to my friends.

The ticketing system leaves a little to be desired if you're on the free subscription, and I recently let me free subscription expire and although it said I had renewed it, it wasn't renewed, and I had to create a new account *and* select a payment method ... However, it provides a great service, and has very rarely, if ever, been down
