still waiting for my refund they keep saying 6-8 hours but never get refunded it's been nearly 48 hours I spent nearly £600 for nothing

I used to use this site often, but now that i've come back i made an order back on the 25th, a day went by and i thought "Well they might just be a little conjested, it usualy takes 6-12 hours for the code" its now three weeks later and all they tell me is "maintenance" when i try to ask support what is happening. If you ask what the maintenance is about you just get told "you will receive your code when we have it" or "we are all waiting" Starting to suspect they are simply waiting for it to go on sale or are just too lazy to do anything. Was planning on getting quite a few things but now i think ill need to look elsewhere if this is the kind of service and "maintenance" that they do now

this site is a scam, bought an item and didnt receive the code for almost a week now due to 'system maintenance' and when i try to contact them using live chat they're apparently celebrating chinese new year when it's august

I brought a item yesterday, It's now a new day and I never received my code. I would recommend to steer clear of this site, and just buy the items, full price from the official website of whatever game you're playing.
