They helped me get a cheaper shipping price with a carrier that wasn't even one they use. Saved me some cash which is great when I had a small order .

Actually everything that we ordered was FANTASTIC!!!! However the pens (complementary writing pens) that they sent us didn't work...I was like why did they even bother?
