Ronen is knowledgeable, prompt, flexible, and attuned to different tour groups interests. He has extensive connections and contacts and is able to offer outstanding group experiences at relatively affordable prices. This level of personalized service, delivered promptly, is increasingly hard to find.

I booked a 2 day post stay in Athens for clients taking a cruise. Teri was awesome with her quick responses and knowledge of the product. They came back and raved about the hotel, location, tour of the city and the transfers to the ship. I will recommend them again. Sharon/B & B Travel, Inc.

The tour agency was able to accommodate our special needs and requests. We were provided with clear and interesting information about the tour ahead of time. Each day of the tour was explained to us the day before so we could be on time and prepared for the day's events. All questions were answered by our guide. The hotels and buses were comfortable and met all of our needs. The final hotel even had a scale so we could weigh our suitcases before our flight home to the U. S. A. We were completely satisfied with the tour and would recommend it to friends.

I was very please with the guide, the hotels and the driver and I felt that the price was good. Only thing I didn't like is that when I had to change my flight going back home It was cheaper for me to buy a whole new ticket and Ya'lla did not reimburse be for any portion of the ticket, even not the airport taxes.

Dear Michal, Thank you for your feedback about your trip to Morocco; we really appreciate you taking the time to comment. It's unfortunate that your trip ended with an unexpected expense. According to the airline terms and conditions, the air ticket you purchased was nonrefundable. The restrictions went into effect as soon as we issued your ticket and we have not received any refund from the airline. Sincerely, Ya'lla Tours USA
