I was very skeptical dealing with an online lender. But, after going through the process, I must say that it was a great experience. Kelly helped me to understand the process and make me feel more comfortable about it. I shopped around with other companies, but Kelly offered me the best deal. From the time I finally gave him permission to move ahead with the offer, the money was in my bank within 24 hours. I hope to be doing business with these folks for years! Great communication, fair explanation of terms. I felt like the Rep really tried to help me the best way he could. The only thing that could improve was his understanding of the contract clauses. There were questions that weren't able to be answered until I spoke to the final loan approval person after I had already signed the contract. All in all I was very satisfied!
