I had to submit my application 3 times before everything seem to work. It would have been nice to have someone to pick up the phone and speak to. I found the process very frustrating especially being told that I had to use something other than Microsoft Edge to complete and submit the form. My computer really seems to have issues with Google applications.

Hello Lee, Thank you for the feedback. As you may know, the application is submitted to the bank directly. They built their application process in a way that is optimized for use on google chrome. Using a different browser creates issue (technology problems). I see that you reached out to us via email in February and we had an email chain between us with you asking for help. We answered your questions and provided assistance the same day. Who were you trying to contact, us or the bank directly? We are glad you ended up getting the funding and apologies for the technical difficulties. Thank you
