As of almost two months ago one of their support staff was looking into why my redemption from June was never processed, and I haven't heard from them since despite reaching out multiple times. No confidence in playing further here unless they can prove they can pay out winnings.

they set you up for failure, I had accidentally created two accounts, when I realized I did that, I immediately brought it to their attention, they assured me that I should play on the second account that was created, I questioned it saying this wasn't the original account the other email was but they said no no this is the one you should use, they then proceeded to approve my kyc let me buy coins and "win" only two after I request a redemption to say oh no you violated terms and conditions this account is now closed and your funds have been voided...... so y'all intentionally told me to do what you would then use to not have to pay out any money.... real classy

When I first signed up for this casino, I had a great time. Wagered $9,000* and won $1,200*. They also paid me quick which I appreciate. My VIP leveled up greatly due to my spending. Fast forward to the current day, my VIP was completely removed without notice or reason, my VIP benefits are now gone, the deals are gone, my daily login reward is gone. What reason do I have to play with this casino anymore? None! This website sucks and is very shady as they don't like it when their players who risk their money on the platform and are successful. This literally went from a 5 star casino down to a 1 star casino in a very short span of time. I look forward to getting an email from them stating they are shutting down because no one is giving them their money anymore!

I had made a mistake which resulted in my account being suspended, mad as anyone would be as I had been waiting on a cash out, I contacted the casino support team expecting to be told that there was nothing they could do about it. To my surprise, my mistake had been seen as just that, they restored my account and my cash out! Honestly hands down the best service I’ve received out of all the other online social sweepstakes/casinos.

This place is trash. Do not trust them. If you win money, they will close your account and try to bullshit you and tell you that you have multiple accounts when that’s garbage. I had one account I verified my account. I won money fair and square off of this garbage, Casino and they closed my account and banned me and tell me that I can’t have the money that I had that I won and I had made several deposits on this garbage freaking platform. I don’t get any of my money back and they just screwed me over. Do not trust these people. They are not trustworthy and besides that it’s a garbage Casino

All my redemptions are constantly getting denied and my account has been fully verified.
