had a minor issue with my 250p ac/dc unit they responded quickly and resolved the issue !

I have a flux-135 I used it briefly to get used to it, then the second time I tried to mig weld with it the wire would feed but it wouldn't weld, no spark, I tried cleaning the ground and adjusting the heat, adjusted the speed nothing. And I can't get yes welder customer service to get back to me. They just sent me to YouTube. Nice customer service tech support. 02/23/2023 yes welder customer service still referred me to YouTube and keeps avoiding the question they keep sending me messages that they received my messages but don't answer my questions. Just keep referring me to YouTube (why) 03/11/2023 still to this day I have never received my answer to this question and yes welder keep referring me to YouTube ? ? ? ? If you are trying to resolve the problem then why do you keep sending me information to go to YouTube

Great customer service. Beyond expectation. I had a product they no longer carried and needed a part for. Instead of saying sorry we no longer have it and offering to sell me some new product, He found a way to still get the part needed.

At first I ordered the wrong tungsten and I was compensated accordingly. But then I was disappointed to find out that my plasma cutting features on my CT 2050 didn't work. I delt with customer service and they were very helpful and responsive to all of my inquiries. They sent me a replacement free of charge! Their customer service is by far the best I've ever had to deal with. On a side note I own a mobile welding business and have been using this machine for all my TIG welding and it has done a supreme job! Carbon steel, stainless steel and even aluminum it gets the job done!
