Everyone is familiar with the exceptional quality of Yokkao products, but not everyone may realise that their customer service is equally outstanding! I must say, I have never encountered such top-notch customer service before. The team has been incredibly kind, caring, highly competent, and attentive to my every need. ich bin wirklich sehr zu frieden mit yokkao ich habe vor einigen monaten zum ersten mal die shorts von denen bestellt und bin auch mega zufrieden mit der qualität von der verarbeitung her einfach alles ich wollte mir auch schienbeinschoner bei denen kaufen und hatte keine ahnung und zweifel welche größe ich nehmen soll bis ich den support angeschrieben habe und die mit mir alles step by step gemacht haben und ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit yokkao und empfehle es auch immer wieder und werde auch dort immer wieder dort einkaufen

The ordering experience was great. I made a mistake with my size and reached out to customer support before the order shipped. They swapped the size on my order and sent updates within 5ish minutes. Great customer care.

My first order unfortunately got lost in transit. After connecting customer service they were quick to respond and very efficient getting to the bottom of the problem. After the problem was identified I was given a chive of options on how to proceed. After I had chosen a replacement product to be ordered a new delivery was quickly arranged, couldn’t ask for better service highly recommend.

Experienced an issue with the shorts received which was dealt with professionally and promptly by the customer service team. Came up with a fair resolution which meant I was able to receive the product I wanted.
