Selbst 1 Stern ist noch zu viel.Einfach gesperrt seit über 1 Monat und es wird etwas behauptet was nicht der Realität entspricht auf Anfrage ! Antworten auf Englisch wobei man auf Deutsch schreibt. Das ist der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe. So kann man auch Kundschaft vergraulen. Man hat praktisch keine Chance sich durchzusetzen und Tickets werden schnell geschlossen.Ich vergebe Schulnote - 6 !!!

Bastarde!!! minus punkte im Quality Score weil denen die "Kontrollfrage" welche Superheldenfähigkeit man haben möchte nicht gefällt. Was kann man denn bei jener Frage falsch beantworten??? Selbst wenn ich mir keine wünsche gibt es minus Punkte. Auserdem finde ich es seltsam dass es auf der Seite von denen kein Impressum gibt. (Oder eine andere Möglichkeit um zu ersehen wem jene Organisation gehört)

Terrible. I just started completing ys/cint surveys and already they haven't credited two surveys I completed with quality score increases and short changed me in incentive on others Is this a regular occurrence with this provider?

Crap,unfairly judge and trap honest responses. Have just told them to stuff their surveys right up in a place where the sun does not shine

Works fine, But when you make too much money. They’ll tryna drop you off, by dropping Qual score without no reason, when i contacted support. I was convicted of using a ‘proxy’, which i never used in my entire life. Horrible service

Stay away from this out-fit--FAR AWAY. FAR AWAY !! No matter how good your rating is they will ban you when you are making any real money. They will say it is for "fraudulent activity" but refuse to provide you details. My account was rated at 168 and "Good" status yet I was banned but they KEEP sending me invites. This out-fit is such a rip off--by FAR the biggest rip off company I have encountered so far.
