No email purchase receipt, +24hrs no shipping info

The selection is impressive and prices are fair. My order was accurate, but the tracking updates could be a little clearer.

I used a US Post Office box as my shipping address when placing an order for a book. The website did not indicate that that they couldn't ship to a PO Box, and I didn't receive any contact from Yourbooksify to change to a physical address. When no tracking information was sent, I attempted to contact them twice, via their email and chat. They didn't respond to the email and could provide no information via chat, so I ultimately opened a Paypal Dispute. That got the communication going at last, and once they told me that they needed a street address for shipping via FedEx, I provided that, and they did ship the book. It arrived quickly (from India, very quickly!), but not nearly as quickly as the original website order promised, since I didn't know that the book was coming from India and that a PO Box couldn't be given as the Shipping address. They should update their website accordingly so no one else ordering from the US has this problem. I ordered June 9 and received the order on July 2.
