This was an easy process and yet it created the most special memories for my husband’s birthday. It is something that will be cherished forever! The process to create the memory book, send out requests for input, and compiling responses was seamless. Customer service was amazing. I had to made an edit to the finished product so I reached out to customer service for assistance and they were so courteous, accommodating, and helpful. Really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend.

@Your Kith and Kin team created a retirement book for one of our employees.  The employees submitted their pictures and kind words from their years of working with the retiree on a form provided by @Your Kith and Kin.  The form is easy to use and share with others.  The Kith and Kin team provide excellent customer service during the contributions and submissions of coworkers, all the way through delivery.  They do not offer a phone number, and at first that concerned me, but should not have.  Brittany is very responsive to all emailed questions and any help needed.  This was the second book I have done this year with Your Kith and Kin and I have had the same great experience both times.  Thank you, Kith and Kin!  Beautiful book...so proud to give to our retiree.  The first book made the retiree so happy he ordered three additional books for his family members for Christmas!

I received an email response to my questions within 24 hours. And when a mistake was made in the production of my book, Kith and Kin went above and beyond to fix the problem. They refunded me the cost of the book and covered overnight shipping once the new book was ready. THIS is customer service! The book project was simple to set up, easy to customize, and very easy for friends and family to submit their contributions. The only complaint I have is that I wish there were more cover customization options. Otherwise, this was a 10/10 experience!

Used Kith and Kin to put together a memory book with contributions from a big group of friends and family. The platform makes it really easy: you set up the project, share a link, and people add their stories and photos themselves, with an email each time someone joins or submits so you can keep track. Loads of people contributed within days and the whole thing came together with very little effort from me. A brilliant idea, really well executed. Highly recommend for a birthday or a big occasion.
