Poor quality!
I received the mat about a month after I received it. It was not as I had expected. It was out of alignment and crooked with a lot of the graphics missing. It was totally unusable for my purposes. I threw it away. Will never order from them again.

I’ve been looking into your case to understand what may have gone wrong. What you described with the alignment and missing graphics is definitely not the standard we aim for, and I take that seriously. If something like this happens, I always want to review it properly and make it right. Please try to understand that photos of issues like this are the only way for me to clearly verify what went wrong :/ If we can verify the problem, we take immediate action, whether that’s a replacement or another solution. Since the playmat was thrown away, it makes it harder for me to fully assess the issue and understand exactly what happened on our end. Sellers are communicative. My only complain is that when I adjusted my mat design so that the border wouldn't be cut off, they ended up not cutting off the border ):
