Do not use this company. The communication has been completely non-existent, and they expect their clients to constantly chase them down until they finally feel like answering.I have been calling multiple times a day, and they simply refuse to answer. To make matters worse, when you call their number, you receive an automated text saying, “please text me.” I have never dealt with a legitimate business or professional transaction entirely through text messages—it is incredibly sketchy and a terrible look for a company.When I finally got through yesterday (September 1st) to Nicole, she was extremely rude. She promised to call me back later that day with an update, but I never received a phone call. Today (September 2nd), I spent over two hours trying to reach them again. When Nicole finally answered, she was incredibly rude yet again. She actually blamed me for "clogging up the phone lines" by calling every 15 minutes—which only proves that they see my calls coming in and are actively choosing to ignore them.This company is highly unprofessional, and they still cannot provide us with a delivery date for our belongings. Looking at other reviews here, it is clear that many other customers are experiencing the exact same nightmare. Save yourself the stress and avoid them entirely. I will also be contacting the BBB about this.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Smooth Move was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When my belongings were picked up on June 24, I was told they would arrive on July 9 or July 10. Throughout the process, I was also told that if I paid an additional $1,000, I could receive a guaranteed delivery date. Customers should not have to pay extra just to know when their belongings will arrive. As the expected delivery date approached, communication became nonexistent. I made repeated attempts to contact the company by phone, email, voicemail, and text message over the course of several weeks. I was repeatedly promised updates that never came. On multiple occasions, I called several times in one day and received no response. When I did get someone on the phone, the interactions were often rude and dismissive rather than helpful. The lack of care with my belongings was just as disappointing. I personally watched the movers drop my belongings off the dolly and handle boxes carelessly. I also witnessed one of the movers rip my $1,000 rug while unloading it from the truck. When I unpacked everything, nearly half of my fragile items had been broken. Moving is already stressful enough without having to chase a company for basic information about your belongings. Delays can happen, but customers deserve honest communication, returned phone calls, and professional treatment. Instead, I experienced weeks of unanswered messages, broken promises, damaged property, and poor customer service. I trusted Smooth Move with my belongings, and that trust was not earned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to research other moving companies before booking with them.

Smooth Move Logistics LLC moved our household items on 5/27/2026. On 6/3/2026 we received the Bill of Lading. On 6/16/2026 we notified them of our moving date of 7/9/2026. Emailed on 6/22/2026 to confirm delivery date, no response. On 7/8/2026 they replied that we were scheduled for the first trip heading to our location and they would be contacting us in a couple days. We still have not heard from them. We have sent 4 emails, 10 phone messages, no response. We contacted the warehouse listed as the physical address and they ended the contract with them a year ago. We don’t know where our belongings are and they have not responded to any of our attempts to contact them.

This is an update to my original review which was prompted. The mover insisted I do it and was literally was standing right next to me telling me what to press in order to do the review. I explained I had a 7.5 hour drive ahead of me to my destination but that didn't matter. I do agree the wrapping and packaging of the furniture was done very well. Very kind and courteous movers. That being said....the movers picked my things up on July 17th. It is now August 6th and I do not have my belongings. I do not know where my things are and have not received a call from the movers. The agreement with the moving broker, Safe Ship Moving, was 7 business days within the First Available Delivery Date (FADD). The FADD was July 21st. Again, It is well past the 7 business days. I have contacted Safe Ship Moving and they have contacted the movers twice (last week and this week). The movers were supposed to call me yesterday and did not. Since my agreement is with Safe Ship Moving, I will be calling again today since they told me yesterday the movers would be contacting me and they have not.

On time, courteous, efficient. Would recommend again.

The guys that showed up were very helpful. They were able to move everything into my new house very quickly without any issues. They even put together my bed frame for me. Highly recommend using them in the future!
