YouScanReviews of youscan.io

YouScan is a convenient tool for monitoring discussions and trends on social media. With its Audience Analysis feature, we can spot changes in our audience's interests and adapt our messaging accordingly, using current data. The platform is continuously evolving and open to user feedback.

To bardzo, bardzo dziwna firma. Szefostwo zleciło mi zakup tego produktu. Zostawiłem zapytanie na stronie. Potem jeszcze raz. I jeszcze raz.

I had a very bad experience working with this service. Terrible, rude customer support - just outright disrespectful. Reading all these reviews about the company and I'm laughing - they're obviously fake, in some, they even forgot to remove the quotes when they copied, lol. The service itself is worse and more expensive than its competitors. Our company regretted $400 spent. Fair price - at most 50 bucks a month. Don't fall for their advertising.

Using the YouScan application, we were able to analyze what users were saying about plagiarism and identify their needs and pain points. This information is used in our communications strategy to focus on what matters most. In addition, the tool offers multiple analysis capabilities (sentiment analysis, audience analysis, aspects, and more), so one can efficiently process any number of mentions with ease and gain valuable insights.

We pay close attention to how our prospects and customers perceive our brand, if they are happy with our service, and whether they would recommend us to others. Because of YouScan's automated data collection, sentiment detection, smart filters, and custom dashboards, we are able to do this in less time. They recently took things a step further by introducing Insights Copilot, an assistant based on ChatGPT that helps to find insights in less than a minute. I strongly recommend trying it.

YouScan is a powerful analytical tool that provides us with excellent capabilities for tracking brand discussions and customer feedback. The platform's filtering options make it easy to categorize mentions, while the analytical dashboards can be customized to meet specific needs and shared with management. Although there were issues with the speed of data collection in the past, recent improvements have addressed this concern. Overall, we are pleased with YouScan and would recommend it to others for efficient brand tracking.
