Meh.
My review: Customer Support: 5/5 The customer support is awesome! They're on almost like 24/7 because I've never had to wait for support. They also gave discounts on the hybrid servers which was awesome. The customer support team is super nice and they are really chill. The support team has full control so for example if I wanted to upgrade my hybrid server, or get a discount, they can do that. The customer support was also honest and didn't lie. They also put up with me being dumb and resolved every issue I've had, which I respect. DDOS Protection: 5/5 It's ReliableSite's DDoS protection! Read/Write Speeds: 3/5 For some reason when I was put into Windows Server 2016, my read and write speeds were like 300kbps. This was weird because command prompt says 200-300mbps of read and write. I really don't know (note: this happened on a hybrid server). I hope when I receive my new, upgraded hybrid, this doesn't happen again. Prices: 3/5 The prices aren't that good compared to some other providers. The prices are quite high. Also, dedicated servers are resold from ReliableSite. Website: 4/5 I think when purchasing a server, there should be a Windows option which there isn't currently, but overall the site looks really well designed. Reliable: 3/5 Sometimes the server can be laggy when there is maintenance, but I've also had a couple of downtimes (eek). ReliableSite's network and servers are completely unstable and have random downtimes. Overall: 4/5 Zelon is a really good hosting company with really great owners that have invested a lot of time and money. This hosting company has been running for a long time now and they're really reliable. They're support is great and I've never had any downtime whole using Zelon. DDOS Protection is great and the claims on their site is true. It's a really good hosting company. Just wish the pricing was a little bit better and there was less downtime.
