I ordered the first box and then…
I ordered the first box and then canceled. It sent me a second box. When I looked at my account it said it was canceled. Yet I still got charged $43??? No one is answering the phone so I guess I’m going to dispute it with my credit card company. So scammy.

Hi Nancy, thank you for contacting us. We've tried to reach you a couple of times via email and phone, but we haven't received your response. As we mentioned, no one answered the phone because you called us on the weekend during our off-hours. I also checked and saw that we never got a record that you cancelled your subscription. That was why when I checked, your account was still active. Anyway, we've cancelled it for you now, so rest assured you won't be charged in the future.
