Website & Galleries setup easy once you understand editor UI
When I started playing with Zenfolio’s new website and galleries editor it just wasn’t intuitive and I wasn’t finding videos that helped me get over the initial hump. So I scheduled time with a customer success rep who did a great job walking through the editor’s UI and that’s all I needed to get my new website up and running.

Nice and easy
Even though I was lost sometimes I had the help I needed thanks to Alex! Very nice person. I understand also that being at the beginning of the transition can imply some delays and adjustments. Basically the process went very well and I am very happy with the results.

Very fast response to email questions
Very fast response to email questions. Explained the different platforms honestly. Helped me gain access to the account I needed amd made me aware of other help options.
