I enrolled in a recurring order for two products. The first month, I only received one of the two products. No one answers the phone. When I inquired by email, it was promised that the second product would be delivered in a few days. That was almost two weeks ago. It never came. I want a refund of the payment for merchandise I never received, and I want to cancel my recurring order.

So far so good. Everything ships on time and no errors to date. Price is right and service is great. Products are plentiful.
