I love working with this company and using their AI chatbot called Zindy. It can give so much information about question I asked. I recommend using it for small biusnesses. I had so much fun using it!

Zidy, was accurate,firm yet fast to reply. A lot of times I find myself having little patience wanting a response and here it was informative and clear. There. AI chat is useful to the small locally owned businesses. I'll be chatting with zidy again soon.

Zidy's AI implementation is edging ever closer to replacing human interaction. The scope of inquires and usable/accurate responses has increased exponentially since the days of the search box. A win/win proposition for the seller and buyer.

I thought the Zidy app was easy to use and looked great. It's perfect for small business owners who are looking for a Chat/AI to handle the more mundane questions. When i used it, it was able to understand and answer all my questions and sounded very professional. I would definitely recommend.

They’re a local company, so I gotta give a review. When I was checking it out, I didn’t expect much. But turns out it’s really good. As far as chat bots go for retail, probably number 1. I was asking it everything I could think of related to the store. Didn’t have any issues. No indirect answers. It understood. 5 stars for me
