We used Ziprent for tenant placement and currently have them for property management. Overall I was impressed with the service received. They were proactive in reaching out after we had low turnout. Their suggestions worked and we were able to get tenant soon after. My initial concern was whether it was safe for prospective tenants are touring without an agent. They have a pretty good processes in place ensuring the home is safe. They have a flat fee and no monthly admin fee for the tenant - which is great. One does not add to have multiple fees on top of the rent.

UPDATE: They mentioned they were stuck in backlog and sent double the cmount of coupon for their delay. Appreciate the honesty and overall work ethic. Promises to give coupon to review but then ignore the mails altogether.

Ziprent did an excellent job in helping us quickly find qualified tenants for our rental property. They communicated with us along the way so we were always kept updated. The staff were friendly and followed up on any questions we had. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

The entire step by step process for apply to a rental all the way up to moving day was incredibly easy! There was a lot of communication from zip rent staff and the home owner. The process moved quickly and very smooth. We would easy pick zip rent again and again.
